Spotlight – Escape Game Part 5 Walkthrough

Spotlight Room Escape is a thrilling and mysterious escape game where the main character has been kidnapped and forgotten everything.  He’s trapped in a room and all he knows is that he has to get out of there before time runs out. Inside the game, you’ll be in the place of this person and will help him escape. In addition, you have to find answers of various questions like who kidnapped you and why. The game has a beautiful design and it consists of many episodes. During the journey, you need to use your logic, critical thinking, and your eyes in order to get every possible clues. Like many other escape games, Spotlight also helps you test your abilities as an investigator. Its riddles and puzzles are very interesting and some scenes are really thrilling. If you have not installed the game yet, you can get it by clicking the icons in the end of this article. It is available for both iOS and Android platforms.

Spotlight: Room Escape Part 5 – Afterlight

The first thing to do in this last episode is to go to the indicator and grab the unplugged pipe.  Then go downstairs and you’ll see two barrels; a red one and a blue one. There’s a key on the blue barrel, so take that key and the piece of paper that’s laying on the floor. Then, go to this room:

Tap on the door and you’ll see an unlocked case. Open it up and grab the arm saw that’s inside. Afterwards, tap on the toolbox on the right of the case and you’ll realize that it requires a password to open up.

According to the piece of paper you found a bit earlier, the password is 3 1 4 1. Enter the password and then get the pipe that it contains.

Now tap on the door and take the key that’s hanging on the wall. After that, go here:

Use the jigsaw to cut the iron grille. Actually, the iron grille will be fine. The jigsaw will break and you’ll earn a “Broken hacksaw”. Combine it with the pipe you own and use it one more time on the iron grille. Once it’s done successfully, take the jerrycan.

Next, place the jerrycan as shown below to fill it with fuel. Use the black tube to do that.

Afterwards, place the jerrycan at where the cursor is pointing:

Use the key to unlock the drawer, tap on it and just have a look at this:

The arrows are all pointing at 0.

Next, go here one more time:

And place the tube as we don’t need it anymore. If you go back to the previous place, you’ll notice that the arrows are not pointing at 0 anymore. M17 is pointing at 120, M19 is pointing at 140, M21 is also pointing at 140 and M23 is pointing at 40. Change those like this: M17 to 80, M19 to 120, M21 to 120, and M23 to 40.

At this point, go to this room:

Find two medicine bottles, a floppy disc, and a film tape from the camera. Pour the medicine to the blank paper on the table and some characters will show up.

Z=5 A=1 X=3 Begin with 0 rotate 55 clockwise you ll get 5. Then rotate 40 counter-clockwise you’ll get 45. rotate 15 clockwise you ll get 30. rotate counter-clockwise 30 you’ll get 0. The code for the locker shown below is 5 45 30 0.

Take the screwdriver and remove the head of the plug next to the paper. Lastly, look at the cursor in the picture below and take that last item.

Place it here:

And switch it on.

Now, make sure you find the office. It’s a room that has an old and white computer in it. Tap on the desk, take the photo paper and the suspicious paper with the letter E on it.

Next, go to the room shown below and tap on the cabinet. Insert the code 2451 (These numbers are in the off light).

Open up the cabinet and get another floppy disc + a tape. Go back to the office and use the tape and the plug on the wire. Then plug it in. After that, insert the floppy disc in the PC. Finally, turn on the computer.

Click on Floppy 2 to solve the puzzle. Here’s the solution based on the picture on the wall:

Meanwhile, the solution of Floppy 1 should look like this:

This is a new place you have access to. But the passage is filled up. Grab the knife and the light.

Use that knife to break this:

And take the tool that are inside. Go to the computer once again, click on Control Panel and make it looks like this:

Now go to the bedroom, and notice that here’s another floppy disc. Use the grippers to take it out.

You obviously need to insert it inside the PC now. Then, make the control panel look like this again.

Floppy 3 is a logic puzzle. You need to insert 9 number and the green stripes at the end of each row/column show the number of correct digits per row/column.

Once you’re done with it, go to the control panel and make it look like this:

At this point, make your way to this room:

Find a fluid, a wrench and this:

Use the pink light on it and you’ll notice that button 2, 6 and 9 have fingerprints. So tap on them until it unlocks, and once it does, grab the item inside. Take that item and place it here:

Also place the three pieces of paper you have, together with the film tape. Then, turn on the red light. Combine the three papers and you’ll get this picture:

Now, use the wrench here:

And you’ll get another piece of paper. Then, break the mirror and you’ll get to see a puzzle. According to the piece of paper that says “17483” and the writing on the wall that says “Cure yourself or the doctor will (CDOWY)” the solution should look like this:

Now go at this place and take the keys and the remote from the ground:

Use the keys to unlock this locker and take the device that’s inside:

Go one more time to the computer and make the control panel look like this:

Then in the bedroom, there’s one more puzzle to solve.

Take the dynamite and combine it with the black device. Next, go to the door shown below, use the drill on it and then place the dynamite.

To make it explode, plug the red remote next to the computer and do this in the control panel:

Lastly, go back to that door and finally escape.
