Adventure Escape: Dark Ruins is another escape game from Haiku Games. This time, it’s about a team of archaeologists who crash-land in a jungle and rediscover a cursed city. They find a 500 year old mystery that threatens the world again. Our heroes have to outlast the night and save the world. But they need your help to succeed.
Adventure Escape: Dark Ruins Part 5
Move all the leaves and pick up the stick, the morning glories and the snake carving. Use the stick to get another snake carving. Put the snake carvings on both sides of the puzzle.
Tap on the puzzle and follow this pattern:
RIGHT-RIGHT-RIGHT-RIGHT-RIGHT-RIGHT-LEFT-RIGHT-RIGHT-RIGHT-RIGHT-LEFT-LEFT-RIGHT-LEFT-LEFT-RIGHT-RIGHT
Now, enter the cave. Find the light switch and get rid of some gold as it’s hiding a mold and grab the winch handle. Place the winch handle on the chest that’s hanging and then open it up. Get the enchilada.
Tap on the gold on the right to get rid of it, so you can access a mural. You’re going to use the map to figure out the numbers:
One throught Eight goes fish-mountains-skull-stairs-palm trees-spirals-shell-spider. Notice all of those inside the picture.
Tap on the lock and go in the same order with the numbers (visualize the hands in the picture).
Once the door unlocks, go through and feed enchiladas to the gators. This puzzle has two phases and you can find the solutions for each of them below.
Now, add the winch and then take the padlock key and the ladder. Get rid of the bushes and take a look at the mural. Take the tree tapper and tap on it. The triangular symbol is a measurement of time, more specifically 2 seconds (you can find that on the map).
Understanding the mural
First, you need to use the tap on the tree to collect some sap. Then you collect the flowers. You put the flowers in the mold. The mountains are two so you put the mint of the flower in the mold. You close it for two times two seconds, so four seconds. Then, you open it and pour in the sap. Next, you close it for stairs time two seconds which is four, so eight seconds. And you get a rubber ball. That is how you translate it.
Use the ladder to cross to the other mural.
You need the order of colors of each of the animal hoops.
Make your way back inside the cave and use the key on the padlock. Get the field and the bowl. Use the ladder to get the ballcourt hoop. Take the ladder back and go outside.
Use the ladder to see the five glyphs on the right. (If you look at the map you can see what all those symbols are)
So, blue fish is one, red mountains is two, green skull is three, pink stairs is four, yellow palm trees is five. Take the ladder back and place the bowl right under the tree. Use the tree tapper on the tree and you’ll get some sap.
Go back inside and place the flowers as shown in the picture below.
Close it, count to four and then open it up again. Then add the sap and wait 8 seconds. Finally, you’ll get the rubber ball.
At this point, go to the ball court and tap on the second mural. Now we know about the colors; one is the blue jaguar, two is the red dolphin, three is the green bird, four is the pink snake and five is the yellow alligator. So it goes jaguar-dolphin-bird-snake-alligator.
Now, put the ballcourt hoop up on the wall and then put the shield down. Throw the rubber ball according to the jaguar-dolphin-bird-snake-alligator pattern. You’ll notice that throwing the ball directly to the alligator won’t work, that’s why you should throw it at the shield.
