In the previous chapter, Kate and her friends managed to revive Murphy and deactivate the bomb. They’ve successfully escaped all of Trapmaker’s annoying traps until now. What will happen now? Will Trapmaker finally get caught? Let’s see how the game ends this time.
Adventure Escape Mysteries – Trapmaker 3: Chapter 8
You’re inside a room full of TV. First, read the three letters Trapmaker has left for you. Next, grab the 4 pieces of duct tape and the metal pipe. Use the metal pipe to open up the metal panel inside of which you can see cut wires.
Use the duct tape on the wires. The screens will turn on. Tap on each of them and change the scenes to match the right order. The information found in the papers will help you a lot. This is how the screens should look in the end:
The front door will open. Head inside. This is a similar puzzle to the one you did before only that this time there are no buttons. The only goal is to get outside of there.
Kate’s friends are safe now, but Kate is having the last conversation with Trapmaker. Tell him “You want to rule the world” – “You’re smart. I’ll give you that. But you’re evil.” – “We might think alike, but do you honestly think I’d partner with you?” – “I know you won’t kill me. Just let me go.”. He’ll leave you alone but trapped and you have to escape one more time.
Use the metal pipe to grab all the metal pieces around. Once you get them all, tap on the panel at Kate’s foot. It’s a puzzle where you have to fit all the metal pieces together.
The completion of this puzzle will deactivate the trap. It’s safe to step off now. Grab the USB cables.
Tap on the keypad near the door and keep in mind the pattern “purple-turquoise-purple-turquoise-purple”. Also, notice that there are 5 pairs of purple-turquoise colored teeth.
First pair – Purple – 1 stripe
Second pair – Turquoise – 2 stripes
Third pair – Purple – 4 stripes
Fourth pair – Turquoise – 1 stripe
Fifth pair – Purple – 2 stripes
That gives the code 1-2-4-1-2. Enter this code into the keypad and head outside of the room.
There’s a couple of annoying Smart Chompers on the way. Plug in the USB cables and get the key on the left.
Go back to the previous room and use the key to open the closet. Grab the half-eaten pizza, the blueprint, and the chicken leg. Head back again to the Smart Chompers. Feed them with pizza and chicken. Get them and attach them to the cables. The monitor will require a passcode. In order to find it out, have a look at the blueprint. Focus on number 1 2 3 and 4. There are two 1’s, two 2’s, two 3’s and two 4’s. Find the top and bottom halves for each number and put the formed shapes as a passcode. It will look like this:
Change the Attack target to Trapmaker and the Chomp strenth to Strong bite. Follow Smart Chompers. It’s time to hunt down Trapmaker. Get the Smart Chompers to catch the Trapmaker:
Watch the ending of the game. Trapmaker will be locked in a prison. Maybe one day he will get out again, maybe not!
