Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice – Part 18: Double Apes
Time for some more Boss fights. If you’re having trouble with this guy, there are a couple of Prayer Beads in the next area, so you could get your vitality and posture up even higher.
Anyway, talk to the injured man and go to the Guardian Ape to start the fight.
At some point in the fight, another Ape will show up. The battle will become fairly easier if you take out the non-crazy Ape first. Don’t be shy about running. You’ll have to do it a lot here.
Also, use rice to keep your health up.
IMMORTALITY SEVERED! You just got Restowal Ninjutsu!
Now, hit the idol and enhance attack power. Then travel to the Upper Tower – Kuro’s Room. Run through dialogue options with Emma. After that, travel to Inner Sanctum, talk to the little girl and give her the Persimmon. She will then give you rice for Kuro. Go back to Kuro’s Room and give him the rice. In a sign of gratitude, he will also prepare something for you. Reset at the idol and talk to him again to get your gift. It’s a Sweet Rice Ball. Although he tells you to eat it right now, don’t do it. Pop this one before fighting a boss you’re really struggling with.
Back to the Poison Pool. This next fight is almost identical to the last one. Go ahead and put on your Divine Confetti.
Back to the Temple to upgrade the Prosthetic Tool. From there to the Guardian Ape’s Watering Hole. Get Lotus The Palace and travel to Abandoned Dungeon Entrance. Notice that every other place is grayed out.
Find the Ashina Reservoir Idol and hit it to get the area once again.
Proceed to Part 19: Castle Seige.
Go back to Part 17: Guardian Ape & Headless.
