Typoman is a puzzle platformer recently being recognized due to its multiple awards won and for its unprecedented gameplay. Typoman Mobile by BAITIAN TECHNOLOGY LIMITED is a unique puzzle game where the player finds himself in an amazingly created dark world. Players take the role of a character made of letters as he’s trying to find a way through the hostile world filled with enemies and unexpected events. Despite the small stature of the character you possess the power of crafting words throughout the environments of the game. Your character can affect the surrounding environment and landscape by crafting new words. You’ll have to choose your words wisely and effectively though, as they can be rather a blessing or an unhelpful curse.
As the game features very uncommon characteristics for a typical word game, the atmosphere within stands pretty surreal and engaging. Your character holds the power to alter the world by creating, changing or destroying words. The main goal remains reaching the finish line while passing through the enemy world. There will be many obstacles on your way to whom you’ll be often unprepared and unwarned. You’ll have to try always to choose the most appropriate words that would help you clear your own way accordingly. Solving the challenging puzzles sometimes requires careful observation and quick thinking as the game also throws some action occasionally. The captivating and carefully drafted story features one of the most tempting word gameplays to ever hit the virtual stores. The game has already won several considerable awards and high praise from critics since its first launched and there are obvious reasons why. Nevertheless, we have managed to provide you with the walkthrough guide of the Chapter 1. You can find here the text instructions as well as the walkthrough video:
1- Starting out, the first approaches are something of a tutorial. You’ll be thrown to a pile of letters and you’ll immediately perceive the ability to move as you wish by using the cursor on the left of your screen.
2- Continue on the right until you face the hole which hints the letter ‘DR P’ indicating that you have to ‘DROP’ yourself in there.
3- Continue on your right as you’re dropped down the hole to where you’ll be adding legs using the ‘E’ on your way to the next platform.
4- Jump off to the moving platform and wait to be lifted above.
5- Continue to the next platform where you’ll encounter your first Save-point when continuing the path on the right. Here you can also adding arms to your character.
6- Don’t forget to get the quote mark which will be lightning next to the ladder. Remember that getting these quote marks are essential to the game’s progress and you have to collect them to fully understand the gamestory and its purpose.
7- Continue your way through climbing the ladders to move to the next screen on the right.
8- Stand in front of the big box on the left which hints “Tutorial Use”. You’ll now use for the first time the ability to grab letters and drag them to wherever you want. Then drag the ‘H’ just below the stairs to reach them and move upwards.
9- Stir lever to the opposite side to make the gate open.
10- Jump along the stoned hills on the right while being aware as third of them moves just as you step upon.
11- Proceed on your right promptly without being disturbed by the monster that will appear from above.
12- Here you’ll have to drag the ‘O’ from the displayed word ‘MOVE’ to make the platform turn ON. Then jump quickly to the platform to be lifted up.
13- Use the hanging ropes on the left to reach the upper left side on your screen where you’ll get another useful quote mark at the end of the ladders.
14- Now proceed on the right where you’ll encounter your first enemy. Run quickly to the right direction without getting killed.
15- Put the ‘O’ next to the ‘N’ to make the above gate open.
16- Jump through the stoned cliffs to the right to where you’ll spot the words ‘Craft, New & Word’ standing on the ground. Arrange the letters to form the word “DOWN” and you’ll make the ladders to come further down so that you can reach and climb them.
17- Use the hanging ropes to pass on the right.
18- Get to the next ladders to grab the letter ‘T’ standing alone. Then throw the ‘T’ with the others.
19- Form the word ‘TURN’.
20- Continue climbing upwards until you face a break between the stairs. Jump to the ground and wait for the tree branch to move then continue climbing upwards through it. Get the other quotation mark and then jump on the right.
21- Continue your way on the right by jumping through the moving stoned cliffs as quickly as you can.
22- Before continuing freely on the right be aware of the saw that can chop you. Go and stand still right next to it and wait until it goes down. Then stir the level to opposite direction so you can pass comfortably.
23- Here you’ll face the ultimate bosses of this level. You must rush to the right and make your way by stirring the levers on the way. Reach the very end on the right and you’ll have successfully fulfilled the prologue of the game.
